I believe that God has given me a passion for serving Him in other countries. And in the past years I have had the opportunity to go to Brazil (Summers of 2006, 2007, & 20010) and to Ethiopia in Oct of 2010. The Lord has changed me through these trips and I have grown in so many ways because of the time I spent serving in these impoverished communities. I plan to write about memories from the trips as the come to me and I hope you can all see and feel what I do.
I will probably post some of my other traveling memories here too.
Brazil
I have had multiple opportunities, three to be exact, to travel to Sao Paulo, Brazil and work with a church there called "Projecto 24." I in 2006, 2007, and 2010. Each time had its own feel and its own story to tell. I am so thankful that I have had the chance to get to know some of the AMAZING people there who have dedicated their lives to reaching the lost and hurting in their community. I plan on reflecting back to some of my memories from these trips and I will eventually link them to this page. I hope that you all will enjoy hearing/reading them as they come.
Ethiopia

I fell in love right away! Our team's mission was to help enclose the water tower that previous teams had installed over the last year. The tower would then serve as a library and possible apartment or classroom for the orphanage. All of that happened and more. Here are some of their stories:
